[Help] Pcem Compile Error

Hi to all,
i have follow this guide https://pcem-emulator.co.uk/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=845 for compile Pcem on Windows.
But i have always one error and i don't kown how is.

Thaks for help Sarah, with old version of gcc compile correctly!
