Hello and thank you for creating such a wonderful PC emulator! I am able to play old Windows games and run old apps now in a way that I never thought would be possible with DOSBox or virtualization apps.
I have a request for a future version of PCem. Would it be possible to add 5-button mouse support (either 4th, 5th buttons or tilt wheel left/right remappable to buttons 4 and 5)? The current IntelliMouse support is already great.

Old mice didn't have 5 buttons, old games don't support anymore than two anyways. I think that's why no one has got back to you. You could however use GlovePIE to remap keyboard inputs to your mouse. I use SteelSeries mouse and the software lets you easily do the same. gl

On the Windows 9x side, Windows Me added 5-button mice support, before that it was not standard in Windows.
