Quick question about double word mode on virge

Why is it not like the trio64 on the github repo? I mean, the manual of the virge clearly says the same as the trio64 about double word mode.

Because I haven't modified the blitter or video engine for it yet. Hence the TODOs in vid_s3_virge.c.
