IBM XT BIOS errors

I have setup an IBM PC XT emulation in PCem. When it boots I get a 601 error (Floppy drive power error). How can I fix this.

Emulated Config:

IBM PC XT
8088 @4.77MHz
256KB RAM
MDA Graphics
HDD = Xebec fixed disk adapter controlling a type 2 HDD
FDD1 = 5 1/4 360K

I was able to reproduce this with one floppy drive.

Adding a second floppy drive fixed this for me.
