Pentium 3 support isn't implemented in PCem and will likely not be in the nearby future. Even if it was, it wouldn't allow 5800X3D to emulate Pentium 3 properly, given that its single core performance is in between 10900K and 11900 K.

Nevermind unemulateably slow Pentium IIIs when there's still other gaps (K5, MediaGX, UMC486, Rise mP6, Nexgen). We barely have CPUs that can scratch at the highest emulated celerons (disregarding emulation of cache penalties).

that kind of performance is only doable on a hypervisor that makes use of VT:x and/or hardware MMU for instruction passthrough.But that is not easy nor practical to implement if you still want some form of vintage hardware authenticity. Virtual Box, or vmWare Workstation are probably better targets for things like this..
