mouse release is not working

i am using linux mint to run win xp in pcem v17 and
the mouse won't release
i trying the mouse wheel ,left+right and ctrl+end

it should be ctrl+end, yes.
In fact the titlebar should say how to release it. ( mouse wheel will not work when emulating a mouse with middle button)

I extra made an account to confirm that CTRL+END also doesn't work for me.

The PCem I'm using is Gentoo's app-emulation/pcem-17-r1

EDIT: I just discovered that on GitHub there's already an issue open for this: https://github.com/sarah-walker-pcem/pcem/issues/198
