XP Pro SP1A does not see Novell NE2000 SOLVED

I've set up Win98SE and have networking working using the NE2000 and SLiRP but can't seem to find a way to have XP Pro SP1A find that card. Tried add from a list and all it lists are Microsoft loopback and some other option that eludes me atm.
Beat my head against the wall with the Realtek card. It can be installed but having it work is a different story. It may be worth investing a few more hours just in case.

Figured out the Realtek adapter issues. It needed the SLiRP default addresses manually put into the TCP/IP settings. Seems to work fine. Next it's time to configure some port forwarding.
